At Diabexy, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup through our logistics partner's website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
